MANDATORY PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE
City of Buffalo personnel will be made available at a mandatory, pre-submittal conference on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. local time. The pre-submittal conference will be conducted virtually and additional information with the details on the virtual meeting will be provided via addendum. At this meeting, individuals interested in responding to this request for proposal will have the opportunity to ask questions about requirements of the RFP and goals of the project. A mandatory tour of the Hatch Restaurant Complex will be taken – respondents should dress for winter weather conditions.
