My vehicle was booted/impounded. What do I do?

If your vehicle has a wheel lock attached or it has been impounded, you must appear at the Parking Violations Bureau at City Hall, Room 111, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

All outstanding summonses and fees against the registered owner and/or titleholder must be satisfied before a vehicle release is given. Please click here for our impound procedures

If you received a letter from our auto impound regarding a vehicle you no longer own, please disregard the letter.  It is our responsibility to notify the last titled owner.
