If your vehicle has a wheel lock attached or it has been impounded, call the Impound Lot at 716-851-5369 or visit in person at 166 Dart Street.  

To get a breakdown of fees ahead of time please contact the Impound Lot at 716-851-5369. All outstanding summonses and fees against the registered owner and/or titleholder must be satisfied before a vehicle release is given. Please click here for our impound procedures

If you received a letter from our auto impound regarding a vehicle you no longer own, please disregard the letter.  It is our responsibility to notify the last titled owner.
