Buffalo – Mayor Byron W. Brown is pleased to announce the start of another popular season of Food Truck Thurs- days in Niagara Square. This year, 28 participating food trucks will take part in the program.
Mayor Brown and the Buffalo Common Council launched Food Truck Thursdays in 2015 with 8 participating vendors as part of a 3-month pilot program. Last year, 27 vendors with a valid license from the City of Buffalo’s Division of License participated.
