Due to the continuing lake effect snowfall and extreme cold, at the recommendation of the City’s Department of Public Works and the Buffalo Police Department, Mayor Byron W. Brown has closed City Hall for January 30, 2019.
Only essential City employees who have been notified to report to work are required to report for their regularly scheduled shifts. The Mayor advises City motorists to continue to refrain from unnecessary travel.
