[ARCHIVED] Mayor Brown Celebrates Another Fantastic Season of Food Truck Thursdays In Niagara Square

WH-FoodTrucks

Mayor Byron W. Brown is pleased to announce the start of another popular season of Food Truck Thursdays in Niagara Square. This year, 27 participating food trucks and stationary cart food vendors will take part in the program.

Mayor Brown and the Buffalo Common Council launched Food Truck Thursdays in 2015 with 8 participating vendors as part of a 3-month pilot program. Last year, 24 vendors with a valid license from the City of Buffalo’s Division of License participated. Due to the continued success of the program, 27 participating vendors signed on for the 2018 season, and have been assigned a number of Thursdays this year on a rotating basis, beginning on Thursday, May 3rd and running each Thursday through September 20th. Funds from the Food Truck Thursday program fee go toward the beautification of Niagara Square.
