In order for your application to be considered complete, please bring the following documents to the Youth Department at Buffalo City Hall, Room 1701 no later than April 27, 2018

  • Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Working Papers (from school)
  • Proof of Income for Household
  • Social Security Card
  • Proof of Buffalo Address
  • Report Card
