Buffalo, NY - Mayor Byron W. Brown today announced his annual toy drive, which benefits children and families in need across the City of Buffalo.
“I’m once again asking the community to take part in my annual toy drive to help make sure our children all have a gift for the holidays,” Mayor Brown said. “We’ll be working with the Buffalo Police Athletic League (PAL), community organizations and churches to identify children and families that will receive your generous donations.”
Mayor Brown has held a holiday toy drive for 16 years.
Buffalo residents and businesses can drop-off new unwrapped toys and gift cards for children and teens on December 16, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., on the steps of Buffalo City Hall.
Individuals and businesses interested in donating a large quantity of gift or large toys, like bicycles, can arrange for pick-up by calling PAL offices at (716) 851-4615, or emailing PAL at buffalopoliceathleticleague@city-buffalo.com.
