Parking Parameters

In order to receive a Parking Permit, your vehicle must be registered to a mailing address in the Fruit Belt neighborhood. Posted street signage identifies the areas designated for permit holders.

Each block in the Fruit Belt Neighborhood is split in half, half of each block is reserved for Residents and half of each block is open to the public. There are signs on every block defining which half is which.

Please note that the Permit Program follows the current M/T/W and T/F, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. parking regulations, as in the half of the block that is for residents alternates along with the alternate parking, so please make sure you review the signs before parking.

The Parking Permit Program is in effect 24/7 however.
