Description of Services

• Manages insurance policies for over 6,000 active and retired employees
• Researches and responds to employee's and vendor's benefit related questions
• Reviews, approves and processes unemployment claims,  life insurance and Workers' Compensation claims for uniformed and non-uniformed personnel
• Assists with new hire orientations and employee exit interviews in conjunction with the Personnel Director
