If you have already contacted Adelphia customer service but are still experiencing either billing or reception problems, please call the City of Buffalo's automated Cable Television Complaint Resolution Line at 716-851-4888.
The Complaint Resolution Line is not the number for Time Warner. It is intended to resolve any complaints that Adelphia has not addressed to your satisfaction. So, you should always contact Time Warner Customer Service first; if you still have a problem, contact us. You also have the option of calling the New York State Department of Public Service cable complaint resolution line at 800-342-3330.
