The Buffalo Common Council is able to waive fees associated with Special Events for organizations and groups that are providing a public service and not making a profit.
If you are a nonprofit organization or community organization that would like to request the special event fees waived for your event, please fill out the following form.
Once submitted, your request will be considered by the Buffalo Common Council. A response email with the final determination will be sent to you within 5 business days.
