ARP Spending Plan

On August 26, 2021 the Common Council approved Mayor Brown's recommended American Rescue Plan Act Spending Plan for utilization of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds allocation from the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The ARP Spending Plan outlines a strategy for social and capital investments using the $331 million allocation through implementation of twenty-six programs. The adopted ARP Spending Plan was developed over a six month period and incorporates feedback from Common Council, Departmental leadership, and more than 500 responses from the public.
