The Buffalo Employment and Training Center is your community partner to connect qualified and job-ready candidates to employment opportunities in WNY. 

We are proud to partner with Mayor Byron W. Brown and the City of Buffalo’s continued efforts to ensure the welfare of Buffalo residents and business owners. 

Although some businesses have closed, others are experiencing a labor shortage. The BETC continues to provide career and referral services to our customers. We welcome inquiries from all Western New York job-seekers and employers.
