2. Mayor Byron Brown seeks as many volunteers as possible to assist with the set-up, sign in and cleanup at his first in-person Reading Rules! celebration in two years. By working together, we can help will ensure that this year’s over 2,000 Champion Readers and their families are treated to a fun, safe and festive environment that rewards those who successfully completed Mayor Brown’s summer reading challenge.
