Buffalo, New York - Mayor Byron W. Brown and the Buffalo Common Council today announced this year’s list of food trucks participating in Food Truck Thursdays in Niagara Square. This year, 22 participating food trucks will take part in the program.
“It’s that time of year again when we kick off another great season of Food Truck Thursdays in Niagara Square,” stated Mayor Brown. “Buffalo’s lively and diverse food truck industry is always sure to please. We invite the Downtown lunch crowd, residents, and visitors to show their continued support by taking part in this popular summer-time event.”
Mayor Brown launched the ‘Food Truck Thursdays’ initiative in 2015 as a pilot program in an effort to provide office workers and visitors to Downtown Buffalo with additional food options. Initially, there were only 8 participating vendors during a 3-month trial. This year, 22 trucks are taking part on a rotating basis, every Thursday from May through October, creating another lively and diverse food scene in Buffalo.
The Food Truck Thursdays 2023 season will kick off Thursday, May 4th from 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Featured vendors include:
