Mayor Brown stated, “LeMed Specialty Pharmacy Buffalo is one of our community’s many great healthcare companies, which enables our residents to continue leading lives outside a hospital, with better outcomes and lower overall costs. I thank Dr. Rawls for taking part in the Senior Connect Call, which is designed to keep people connected and informed as we continue to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.”

On the second Wednesday of each month, Deputy Mayor Dr. Ellen Grant and Division of Senior Services Director Doug Ruffin host the Senior Connect Call, a live tele call-in program to keep people up to date on important issues, as well as COVID-19 related information. Participants also have a great deal of fun, talking about health and wellness, fitness, books, favorite recipes and much more. Again, the next Senior Connect Call will take place on Wednesday, March 9th, at 11 a.m. It’s easy to join.
