b) Plumbing fixture fees, 1 or 2 family dwellings and townhomes, per fixture **$ 12.00
c) Underground piping per 1st 100 ft. or fraction thereof$ 60.00
d) Additional underground drainage piping, per 100 ft. or fraction thereof$ 20.00
e) Re-inspection fee.$ 50.00
For failure to pass inspection, or work not ready at the agreed-on inspection time, a separate permit, with application fee, will be required.
Commercial
f) Plan review fee, where work area encompasses 2 stories or less$ 85.00
g) Plan review fee, additional to (f), work area per floor over 2 stories$ 40.00
h) Plumbing fixture fees, per fixture **$16.00
i) Underground drainage piping, per 1st 100 ft. or fraction thereof, any size$ 60.00
j) Additional underground drainage piping, per 100 ft. or fraction thereof, 6” or under$ 20.00
k) Additional underground drainage piping, per 100 ft. or fraction thereof, over 6”$ 55.00

**Plumbing fixture shall be defined as follows for the purpose of fees:
Includes any receptacle or conduit carrying or discharging waste, water (potable or otherwise) or both, connected directly or indirectly with the plumbing system. It shall include, but may not be limited to, any standard or non-standard plumbing fixture, any structures for conveying storm water runoff, including roof drains and conductors, or any device accepting condensate drainage, or special wastes.
