- ARP Projects Request for Applications
The City of Buffalo is looking to engage external organizations that will help develop and execute projects to support and advance the economic and social recovery of City residents utilizing the historic American Rescue Plan investment. Through a first-of-its-kind Open Call for Concepts, the City is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to implement one or more project(s) from the available ARP program funds.
Each Program with available project funding is identified below; additional information detailing the scope of work for each project, available funding and award limits, and project-specific performance indicators will be provided when the Call for Concepts opens:
Affordable Housing Advancement Fund
Creation of a Neighborhood Improvement Corps
Community Food Sovereignty
Frontline Arts Organization Sustainability Fund
Garbage User-Fee Assistance Program
Public Health Equity Initiative
Skills-Based Job Readiness
Neal Dobbins Restorative Justice and Public Safety Fund
Wraparound Services Support for Job Training Enrollees
Water and Sewer Debt Forgiveness Program

The City is eager to engage the talent and expertise of our local community to implement the once-in-a-generation investment made available by the American Rescue Plan Act and Build Back Better from the coronavirus pandemic.
