Council Member Bollman has spent the past 11 years as a public servant of Eastside neighborhoods in City Hall. He is a graduate from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelors in Political Science. His experience includes a tenure as block club president, community organizing, drafting legislation to benefit The City, and assisting with capital and operating City Budget planning.
